課程概述

1. 以感動學生為出發,激發學生對「森林醫學」的熱情
2. 以科學驗證的課程內容,增加學生對森林醫學的興趣
3. 讓學生認識森林及園藝環境的自然療癒能力
4. 認識森林點線面中樹木、各種植物、及花卉芬多精及精油的應用
5. 以森林醫學研究案例為導引,增加學生學習動機及臨床應用參考。
6. 每堂課任課老師設訂明確的主要學習課程內容及目標
7. 增加未來醫療團隊在森林場域進行森林療癒的合作研究
8. 課程內容包括:認識森林環境的重要性,認識森林環境的危害因子以及的風險,森林康養對心臟血功能、心理及精神健康的效應,森林環境的芬多精對人體健康,森林五感體驗,木質環境對人體健康之效應,庭園環境及園藝康養對健康之效益、等等議題內容。 

課程目標
本課程主旨為:讓學生認識森林及園藝環境的自然療癒能力,透過科學驗證的課程內容,增加學生對森林醫學的興趣,本課程的設立希望修習過本課程的學生畢業後,認識森林環境的重要性,危害因子以及風險,森林康養對健康的效應及效益。認識木質環境對人體健康之效應,以及庭園環境及園藝康養對健康之效益。  
課程要求
須申辦zuvio帳號;小考等同出席,修課同學請珍惜選上的機會,踴躍出席。

森林醫學涵蓋甚廣,參考資料如前述每週進度所列舉,本課程將依據講授的需求,使用多種書籍篇章或論文資料作為補充 (細節如前述進度),製成pdf 檔案發給同學,並鼓勵大家若對該議題有興趣,可購買相關書籍深入閱讀。目前並無單一書籍可以當作指定教科書。
